Meeting in Ljubljana

In February, we got a visit from a partner school from Vienna. The goal of our meeting was to make a research and pros/cons about social media and AI. In a debate we exchanged views about following questions.
1. What social networks do you use? How do Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others know what content I like, and is that okay?
2. Where do you follow news from the world? RTV SLO, 24ur, …? Or through social networks?
3. What do you think is necessary to reach the largest number of people using social media? How could we improve our Instagram profile?
4. Do you read news written by journalists or news where the author is unknown? Who checks the truthfulness of the news? Who can post news on social networks?
5. Have you ever noticed someone posting false news to gain more attention or likes?
6. Have you ever used artificial intelligence, and for what? What are the advantages of using AI, and where are the pitfalls?
7. How does one become an influencer, and what does a day in the life of an influencer look like?
8. What kinds of online scams have you encountered on social networks and the internet in general? How do you ensure your safety online? Who can you turn to if you fall victim to an online scam?
9. Do your posts really only see your friends, and are they truly private? What do the rules of Instagram, TikTok, Viber, and other social networks say about this? What do you think about your photos appearing online?
10. What do you know about the impact of screen technologies on your health?
